1. Jobseeker support via Jobskipedia x e2i workshops and pool of hiring companies
Jobskipedia runs jobseeker workshops where attendees would be briefed on in-demand job opportunities, resume writing, career coaching, and interview skills. These workshops are designed to equip jobseekers with the tools they need to succeed in their job search and career development.

Through Jobskipedia’s and e2i’s combined network of jobseekers and hiring companies, we have been instrumental in matching jobseekers with suitable job opportunities.
A notable success story is that of jobseeker Siew Khum who found a home-based book-keeping position through Jobskipedia. This role allowed her to care for her wheelchair-bound mother and sister while earning a living to support her family. Such success stories highlight our commitment to creating flexible and meaningful employment opportunities.

2. Running Employer Workshops and Forming Partnerships to Accelerate Workforce Capabilities
To enable employers to accelerate workforce capabilities and strive for growth, Jobskipedia has conducted employer workshops and formed partnerships with notable stakeholders.
For example, we recently ran a business networking session with a focus on event management and logistics for employers from Chinese F&B companies. This session provided a platform for employers to network, share best practices, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

In March 2024, we also supported e2i’s ‘Lifestyle Employers Workshop & Sharing of e2i Services’ at Dignity Kitchen. This event, aimed at inclusive hiring employers, provided insights into e2i’s and Jobskipedia’s services and solutions for overcoming recruitment and training challenges. Topics covered included e2i’s services, funding programmes, and an introduction to Jobskipedia’s comprehensive HR solutions.
In the same month, Jobskipedia participated in the Singapore Manual & Mercantile Workers' Union (SMMWU) & e2i Symposium which highlighted the benefits of forming Company Training Committees (CTC) to benefit both employers and employees. In addition, we signed agreements with the SMMWU to be unionised and work in close partnership, further solidifying our commitment to workforce development.
